This project in question was the Coral Harbor Cruise Terminal project located in Belize, South America. It was commissioned by a Panamanian client named IMI, a company established in 1995. IMI is primarily involved in a wide range of services related to the design, engineering, maintenance, modernization, and upkeep of maritime structures and facilities.

The specific order placed by IMI consisted of 2,631 tons of spiral steel pipe. Additionally, the anti-corrosion treatment specified was a 16 mils coating of Carboline 300M coal tar epoxy paint, which is renowned for its exceptional durability and protective properties in harsh marine environments.

Throughout the entire production process, stringent quality control measures were implemented. A third-party inspection agency, TUV, along with representatives from the customer, were present at the factory to supervise every stage. This included the sourcing of raw materials, the manufacturing of the steel pipes, the welding process, and the application of the anti-corrosion coating. Xinyue Group adhered rigorously to standard requirements at each production link, ensuring that every aspect of the order met or exceeded expectations.

Thanks to the full cooperation between Xinyue Group, the customer, and the third-party inspection agency, the entire batch of goods was completed on schedule. This timely delivery played a crucial role in facilitating the progress of the port construction project. Xinyue Group's commitment to quality and its ability to work seamlessly with customers and third parties have once again been demonstrated, making significant contributions to the development of maritime infrastructure in Belize.
