In 2019, Xinyue Group embarked on an important international project - the Spain Square Pipe Construction Project, which marked a significant step in expanding its global business footprint. This project, located in Spain, involved the supply of specialized square pipes for structural use in the desert.

Project Details

The entire project centered around a single size of square tube: S355JR 110X110X3mm with a length of 8.9 meters. The total quantity required was 5680 tons, and the purchase was planned to be carried out in 4 batches. This delivery was the first batch. To ensure smooth logistics, all the pipes were to be shipped in 6 batches.

The raw materials for these pipes were quite special, featuring an extremely light wall thickness. After purchasing the bare pipes, they needed to undergo a series of processes including hot - dip galvanizing, cutting, and welding before being used for structural purposes in the desert.

High - Standard Customer Requirements

The customer had extremely stringent requirements, especially regarding the straight angle and end - cutting edge of the pipes. Given the special nature of the raw materials, controlling the arrival time was a challenging task. However, Xinyue Group managed to deliver as per the agreement with the customer, demonstrating its strong supply chain management and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Rigorous Quality Inspection

Before each batch of goods left the warehouse, the customer arranged for APPLUS, the largest Spanish testing company, to conduct comprehensive inspections. APPLUS took samples to perform chemical component and mechanical performance tests. In addition, they inspected the appearance, size, quantity, marking, and Material Test Certificate (MTC) along with other inspection documents.

Successful Outcome

The customer received the APPLUS report, which confirmed that all the pipes in this batch met the required standards. Based on this positive report, the customer promptly arranged to pay the balance payment. Subsequently, the client designated a freight forwarding company and appointed a warehouse for delivery.

This successful delivery of the first batch not only met the customer's high - standard requirements but also laid a solid foundation for the remaining batches of the Spain Square Pipe Construction Project. It further enhanced Xinyue Group's reputation as a reliable supplier capable of handling complex international projects with special requirements, opening up more opportunities for future collaborations in the global market.
